Responsibilities included: pre-sales storage architect, post-sales storage engineer, lab manager for the local customer demonstration lab.

I was one of 8 pre-sales architects in an office of 6 Account Executives. I created technical presentations for the multiple storage products we sold. Additionally, I designed storage solutions for current and prospective customers.

I was one of 8 post-sales engineers in an office of 6 Account Executives. I specialized in the implementation of IBM Tivoli Storage Manager solutions. I also specialized in the implementation of storage platforms for data protection and archiving solutions, including Virtual Tape Libraries and data de-duplication storage products.

I was one of two local lab administrators for the Datalink corporate customer demonstration lab. I managed the resources for the local Chicago lab. I built and frequently participated in the demonstrations of hardware and software solutions.
